1. Eligibility for a Refund
- You must have used less than 10% of your plan's export or editing quota.
- The refund request must be submitted within 3 to 7 days from the date of purchase.
2. Refund Conditions
- Monthly Plans: A $2 service fee will be deducted from the refunded amount.
- Annual Plans: The cost of one full month will be deducted from your refund.

If you meet the criteria above, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days.
4. Non-Refundable Cases
- If more than 10% of the plan has been used.
- If the request is made after 7 days of purchase.
- If the account has been flagged for misuse or abuse of the plugin.
