Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your subscription to Lutify, you may request a refund under the following conditions:

1. Eligibility for a Refund

  • You must have used less than 10% of your plan's export or editing quota.
  • The refund request must be submitted within 3 to 7 days from the date of purchase.

2. Refund Conditions

  • Monthly Plans: A $2 service fee will be deducted from the refunded amount.
  • Annual Plans: The cost of one full month will be deducted from your refund.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us at [email protected] with your account email and order reference. If you meet the criteria above, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days.

4. Non-Refundable Cases

  • If more than 10% of the plan has been used.
  • If the request is made after 7 days of purchase.
  • If the account has been flagged for misuse or abuse of the plugin.
